Following the cessation of trading of Newcastle based 'Aspire2B Websites Ltd', national web designers 'Infotex UK Ltd' have acquired the goodwill of the business, and have now undertaken to support and provide design, hosting and management services to all clients and prospective clients of 'Aspire2B Websites Ltd'. |

July 2004 - Infotex UK conclude negotiations with North West based 'Premium Domains Ltd'.
The successful completion of negotiations between Infotex and Premium Domains Ltd with regard to the future administration of Premium Domain client accounts will see all future account management being centralised to Infotex head office in Sussex. The agreement will add hundreds of additional client accounts to infotex's already substantial national client base. |

Pro-Eco Purchasing Ltd, who act on behalf of clients across the UK analysing business expenditure and implementing cost reductions, have reached agreement with Infotex UK Ltd to provide additional representation through its network of executives. This mutually beneficial agreement provides Infotex with additional sales capabilities whilst offering Pro-Eco clients preferential rates for key Infotex services. |
