Having recently completed the design and build of 2 websites with Infotex for our clients, EMC and Nice Kitchens, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for you cooperative and professional service.
Both EMC and Nice Kitchens are delighted with their sites and keenly showing them off!

Bespoke Country is a home accessories business run by Jenny Slade and Victoria Clark in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. A unique blend of Nordic, Vintage and Shaker styles has ensured a popular following to their shop enhanced by mail order brochures and an ecommerce site.
Launched in July 2006 www.bespokecountry.co.uk quickly made an impression with their customers and ecommerce sales have grown to become a major part of the business. Jenny and Victoria have adapted a multi-channel approach using mail order brochures etc. to drive people to their website, the site is updated daily, colour schemes are changed to co-ordinate with the mail order brochures and regular newsletters and emails are sent to customers using the infotex mailace programme.

It is important for my company DRT Limited, to have a good website which is easily accessible. Disabled people visit our site and many have visual difficulties. Infotex have been servicing and supporting our site for a year or so now and have partially rebuilt it to assist us to comply with the UK Disability Legislation.
A couple of months ago, I decided to add some new email addresses to our site. Finding our internet provider absolutely useless, I contacted Infotex to ask if they could assist.
They informed me that we didn't need to pay someone to do this but they could send me simple instructions so we could do it ourselves. They set up the addresses, sent us all the instructions we needed and within 2 hours, we had the email addresses set up and working.
They even talked me through a small technical problem on the phone and didn't hurry or hassle me.
John and Nigel have always been very supportive of DRT. Infotex have gone that extra mile to make sure we get exactly what we require and therefore, I would like to thank them and give them this testimonial for all the great work and support they provide.

I would like to take this opportunity to pass you some feedback about the work Infotex has carried out in setting up our website. I have found the work your team had put together to be of a very high quality. The developers assigned to me have been both competent and enjoyable to work with.
The work itself as you know has involved developing our online Customer Relationship Management software. This has included creating a log in area for our wine consultants to manage customers and wine tasting bookings, and allowing our customers to log in and view the results of their wine tastings.
The work undertaken has been exactly what I had hoped for and delivered on time and on budget. I was so impressed I have shifted my web hosting to your company, and have commissioned Infotex with the second stage or our web development. This includes setting up our online shop.
